HOW IT WORKS
1. Your Factory
If your products/produce are being palletised, please advise prior to collection the weight, dimensions and if they can be double stacked. If it is loose cartons that are not palletised, paperwork should advise the dimensions, weights and number of cartons.
2. Our Vehicle
Our appointed vehicle will collect your products/produce from your warehouse at a pre-arranged time.
3. Our Warehouse
We will unload the cargo and arrange for it to be placed in the appropriate Warehouse Area (Dry Cargo, Ambient, Chilled, Freezer or Pharmaceutical Units) We check the paperwork is all in order and inspect the correct cargo has been received.
4. Our Consolidation
When all cargo is received through our Loading Bay area we load the Freight Unit we have chosen with all the products and produce consigned to that consolidation. We will prepare all Documentation and check all the items correspond to our Freight Manifest. The Freight Unit is then delivered to the Airport or Seaport and the system then operates in reverse, as our Paperwork is forwarded to our Partner Agents at the Country of Destination. They will arrange Customs Clearance on arrival, attend to Duties and Taxes and once cleared at the Port, will be taken to the Partner Agents warehouse. There the Freight units are unloaded, paperwork checked and arrange for delivery to your customer, whom will have been kept updated and informed of arrival, along with delivery dates.
